Chocolate products should ideally be stored at a temperature between 55°F to 65°F (13°C to 18°C).
Temperature control in these chocolate display cabinets is set within this range to prevent the products from melting or blooming.

An ideal humidity being 55% High humidity (common in retail environments) can cause chocolate to develop a whitish coating called “bloom”.
