Dosing machine for jellies fondants, RC_CANDY_150
Pourer for jellies and fondant.
From the loading hopper the product is kept at a constant temperature and by means of a variable stroke dosing unit it is poured into the silicone rubber trays. Product weight adjustment is carried out by varying the stroke of the casting pistons.
The continuous advancement of the trays is mechanical, the loading and unloading of the tray is done manually. If the tray is missing, the machine does not drip the product. Electric control panel for the control and visualization of data on the display.
