Hazelnut cremes are a heavenly blend of smooth chocolate and hazelnuts (unlike pralinés which are made from sugar and hazelnuts). To make the most of your time in the kitchen, our hazelnut cremes are ready-to-use; just cut and use in moulded pralines, enrobe it or whisk it for an aerated filling with more volume.

Whether you want to warm and pipe it straight or aerate it first, these hazelnut cremes are also perfect for flavouring crèmes, bavarois and pastry interiors.
